How it works
Agree on the work before it begins
Your practice directs the work. We complete the agreed chart tasks and optional RN services after the scope is signed, safeguards are in place, and access is approved.
Before work starts
No live work begins without an agreed workflow, a signed BAA, appropriate vendor and client authorization, and access through approved channels. We send unclear or duplicate requests back for review before proceeding.

From inquiry to delivery
Four deliberate steps
01
Start with a business-only conversation
Tell us which EHR you use, your approximate chart volume, and the chart or RN requests you want handled. Do not send patient details during sales.
02
Agree on the exact scope
The written statement of work selects administrative chart steps and, if wanted, the monthly RN bundle. It identifies authorized systems, source material, provider review, exclusions, and the RN call and escalation protocols.
03
Complete access and readiness checks
Contracts and a BAA come first. Access must be authorized for the exact EHR workflow; setup and synthetic tests must pass before any live patient work begins.
04
Work, verify, and hand off
Administrative work uses the authorized source, checks for identity and duplicates, verifies the saved result, and returns exceptions to the provider. The RN documents each selected request and escalates clinical questions under approved protocols.
Administrative chart work
Completion means a verified result
The agreed work package covers one chart. Before completion we confirm the authorized source, avoid duplicates, perform only the selected steps, check the saved result, and send the provider anything requiring review or a decision.
Blocked or unfinished work is not billed as a completed chart. Provider-approved code entry means entering the exact approved value; it is not independent coding review.
Optional RN bundle
Each request has a defined handoff
The bundle allows up to 20 authorized requests per RN month. One request is one patient and one selected service. Calls include preparation, up to two attempts, documentation, and provider handoff; a documented no-contact outcome counts.
At 20 requests, new routine RN work pauses until a written change is agreed. Clinical findings and questions go to the practice's provider using approved escalation rules. There is no on-call coverage.
Clinical authority
The practice makes provider decisions
Your licensed provider retains diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, orders, medical-necessity, coding selection, approval, and signature decisions. Administrative staff enter only exact provider-supplied or approved information. An RN working within an authorized nursing scope documents findings, follows approved protocols, and escalates clinical questions to the provider. Claim submission, payer eligibility checks, payment posting, denial follow-up, and independent coding review are not part of the chart-support offer.

$10 per completed existing-patient chart, $15 per completed new-patient chart with full intake, and a one-time $500 EMR setup fee. The optional RN service bundle is $600 for the first month, then $1,000 per month for up to 20 authorized requests.
Written scope and BAA before any patient data flows · No on-call coverage
