Roseline Obiajunwa is a registered nurse with more than seven years of healthcare experience, including a background in critical care nursing and nursing education.

After years of working within complex healthcare environments, she saw firsthand how much of a provider’s time can be consumed by the administrative work surrounding patient care. She founded Clinsynergy to help solo and small healthcare practices build more efficient, reliable systems for managing the operational work behind the scenes.

Her clinical background gives Clinsynergy a healthcare-informed perspective on practice operations, patient workflows, documentation, and the importance of accuracy, confidentiality, and continuity.

Today, Roseline has built Clinsynergy as a trusted operational partner for independent providers—combining healthcare knowledge, thoughtful systems, and modern technology to help practices operate more efficiently while allowing clinicians to spend more of their time focused on patient care.
